1. We don’t mess around when it comes to burgers

Seriously, every bite is epic and will leave you wanting more. The plus side is that burgers are NOT our only speciality. We offer some great pizza, pasta, dawg and fries options to keep you happy and full for as long as you’re with us.

We’ve given every part of our menu deep thought so that we could provide only the best meals to you and that’s produced some killer options that will suit everyone’s tastes. Without a doubt, though, our burgers are the most popular menu items and it’s what we are known for far and wide.

2. We use only the best ingredients in our food

It’s true. Being in the fast food business, we know that there are many people who feel that fast food is essentially not “real” food. Many fast food places do use questionable ingredients, but we can assure you that our food is made up of the best ingredients, all of them real and all of them super tasty. Take the beef we serve in Fuel Shack, for example, we use A-grade Australian beef, grass-fed and 100% pure beef. No extra questionables. Just beef.

Making awesome food is not only about having the best ingredients, it’s about passion and dedication and you’ll be able to experience that in every bite. All of our kitchen staff are great at what they do.

3. Our staff is all about you

Friendly and accessible is our motto. You are our main priority and from the moment you have your first Fuel Shack bite you’re part of our family. That means that we know how valuable you are and it’s our express mission to help you see your own value every time you visit us.

We know our family well and we wanted to give something back to the Malaysian market that our competition just couldn’t crack. We want you to know that we understand you, we know what you want and we want you to have it – so we’ll do our best to ensure that every time you step into a Fuel Shack, that promise is upheld.

4. All our locations are awesome

Each one of our locations was designed to be unique and attractive from the get go. Basically, we wanted it to be a place you wanted to sit and be seen at.

It’s not only about the food but about the experience. That’s why we’ve adopted the fresh and inspiring look that is now so widely recognised and can be seen not only in our stores but on our packaging as well.

Although all of our locations offer the same menu and excellence – each one is unique, providing a new experience and a whole new world of connections to explore when you visit.

5. We’ve got you covered

It doesn’t matter whether you’re on a date, with family and friends, or just chilling by yourself, you’ll never be disappointed with your time at Fuel Shack. If there is anything that’s just not up to standard, well – we’ll sort it out ASAP for you.

7. Do you want to be a bit more private?

We’ve just launched Fuel Shack Signature and it’s great for meetings, events and functions. We’ll completely respect your need for privacy plus we’ll work with you 100% of the way to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

8. Our prices are super competitive

We believe in value for money, we also know that everyone weighs value differently. Some see value in being bigger portions, some feel it’s all about the taste and quality of the ingredients while others feel value lies in the product packaging – how awesome it looks. We’ve catered to all three of those.

That’s why we feel our prices kick butt and we’re hoping to prove that you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for the best experiences in life.

9. We’re super social

We love to interact with our guests, hear their stories, snap their pics (if they don’t mind) and we’ll share everything interesting on our social media pages. You might be spotted next. Plus, if you have something to say or something to ask, we won’t ignore you.
